Cancellation Policy

At Double Dee Creations, many of our products are custom-made or created specifically for your order.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Once a custom design has been approved or production has begun, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved before production begins, a refund will be issued to your original payment method when applicable.

Materials Already Purchased
If special materials or products have already been purchased specifically for your custom order, those costs may be deducted from any approved refund.
