Because many Double Dee Creations products are custom-made or made to order, all custom and personalized items are final sale.

Please double-check sizes, colors, spelling, and personalization before ordering. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, customer-approved design errors, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Double Dee Creations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
