At Double Dee Creations, we love bringing your ideas to life! Please review the following before placing a custom order.

Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, design details, and placement before production begins.

Changes & Cancellations
Once your design is approved and production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be made.

Payment
Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

Customer-Provided Artwork
By submitting photos, logos, images, or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use them. Double Dee Creations is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues involving customer-provided materials.

Color & Placement
Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen and the printing process. Because each item is individually created, slight variations in design size or placement may occur.

Returns & Refunds
Custom and personalized items are final sale. If we make an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Production Time
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, and customization requested. Estimated completion times will be provided when applicable.
