At Double Dee Creations, we respect the creative work and intellectual property of others and ask our customers to do the same.

Customer-Provided Artwork
By submitting a logo, photo, image, design, wording, or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.

Copyrighted & Trademarked Material
Double Dee Creations reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, or protected material when appropriate permission cannot be provided.

Double Dee Creations Designs
Original designs, graphics, logos, product photos, and other artwork created by Double Dee Creations may not be copied, reproduced, altered, resold, or used commercially without permission.

Custom Design Work
Purchasing a finished custom product does not automatically transfer ownership or reproduction rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom artwork before production. Once approved, customer-requested details are considered final.
